Zzzchan, also known as the Sleepychan, is a altchan very similar to 8chan in layout, as it uses JSchan. It is weird because it is somewhat active but has absolutely nothing to do with the Sharty/doesn’t know about soyteens, the next most active imageboard that has nothing to do with Sharty and Soyteens is Mlpol.net which nobody uses. It is fairly active and has around the same PPH as /asp/ right now. It is dedicated to getting zzz or sleep, which is very useful for your brain o algo.

Site history

On January 22, 2016, a altchan known as zzzchan was founded by a user named DiceG after the 8chan board /zzzy/- The Zzzy was deleted due to inactivity. It was initially called zzzchan.com but .com dropped the servers following the addition of a board dedicated to laziness called /hikki/ in 2019. The site is very friendly but is one of the Imageboards that is friendly to soyteens, but doesn’t understand Sharty memes, like your mom and your dad.

After a 4 day period without a Zzzchan domain (an event called the zzzpocalypse), zzzchan.xyz was bought by DiceG for around 50 dollars. The site also made the switch from Vichan to JSchan in 2022.

In late 2024 discussion of Neon Genesis Evangelion were banned following a SNCA argument on zzzchan’s /a/, and all the anime boards were banned. The board for discussing Japan, though, was not locked.
