Water

Water is supposedly one of the biggest building blocks of life. According to scientists it makes up roughly 70% of the human mass but a lot of people don’t drink water and only drink stuff like Coca-Cola and Pepsi and they’re still kicking.
Pure Water is 1 part oxygen and two hydrogen atoms, meaning that it is actually 99% oxygen (more oxygen than air) even doe you cant breathe underwater due to your lungs, which implies that science is all bullshit. Pure Water is drinkable and is one out of 2 drinkable water types. The other drinkable water type is freshwater water which is a specific type of water cultivated in Michigan and Ohio. The other type of water is saltwater water which contains salt making it undrinkable.
How to use Water
[edit | edit source]You should drink water according to your needs, meaning when you're thirsty or when the colour of your pee is dark yellow. There's no need to pour 2 liters of water into yourself just because someone told you to do so, you will drink more on a hot day and less on rainy days. If you drink too little water, you will be dehydrated, which is bad for your body and will result in headaches and other symptoms. Over the time you WILL have kidney stones and constipations. If you drink too much water your sodium-potassium balance will be disturbed, and you might experience headaches and convulsions, and death in longer term.
