Here be everything Schlog had but worse and with more SNCA.

The most often mentioned reaction on the abadoobey account.

Gootcore is an aesthetic that was coined on the Shroom on the 16th November 2025 by user wobbles in the dedicated "/gc/ - Gootcore" thread. The thread itself involves absurd, ironic, images and edits all centered around the Twitter persona of FlvffFeeler88/abadoobey - a user long suspected of being Goot - and his emoji-heavy appreciation for sexually provocative, self-proclaimed "ethical" kemono art and politically involved "HMoFA" imagery. This could range from the art itself, to simple AI edits of Goot himself. The most common characters attributed to Gootcore is Averi and Jolteon, although Goot himself has brought up Shima in the thread.

Origin

[edit | edit source]

The abadoobey account in question almost never posted or re-posted anything besides deadpan replies and emojis under a handful of suggestive posts made by kemono artists from Japan and a few general "furry" posts. The comments themselves often involved combinations of emojis indicating political signs like the Nazi SS flag or breast milk, which is a long-admitted fetish of Goot's.These low-effort reactions became the blueprint for the aesthetic, which itself began as deliberately vague, with the thread OP simply calling for users to "figure it out themselves" until overtime it became more defined by his activity on Twitter and on the 'ru under the handle "Bromine". To briefly mention his 'ru account, he often commented under posts depicting Averi and favorited a myriad of HMoFA artwork until his account was discovered by Shroom users and he quickly deleted a lot of his activity.
