OurChan is an OG /leftypol/ splinter that dates back to late 2019-2020 (domain was registered on November 17, but Nophono knows when it was actually launched). It works on JSChan. Their /b/ is porn-free and generally they're less degenerate than the current Leftypol. Despite coming from a commie board, OurChan is not as much of hivemind as its sister sites, and it also hates Jews. Not only that, /pol/ is surprisingly more right-wing than it is left-wing: the site as a whole is actually chuddy. They are having PPH problems, however they are still trying to redpill newfags via 4/pol/ and 8/pol/ (which are considered intermediary phases, mainly due to their low quality, that are not correlated to OurChan directly). (You) can also make an account; they have a telegram, an onion service, an IRC and a simplex. Israel and India are rangebanned on all but one boards since 2025 (/hell/, that is).
Loli and pornography as a whole are banned.🗝️OurChan looks down upon 4chan for its degeneracy and considers it dead (like we all do).

One time, a janny called Yellow Dog went rogue and started spamming for about 3 months on the site (confirmed by an admin). They apparently had CP problems until very recently (12/02/2026: admin implements a new pornography filter; the site should be safe to browse now, but DO NOTE the posts complaining about 'p still being up that date from a few weeks or months ago), which made an anon consider merging with zzzchan.
They have a mascot similar to the "No picture available." anon, the key differences being that he has a blue suit with a green tie, a purple shirt and a white face with no text on it. Here is a list of their boards:
