The Frogvil War was a conflict happening between two factions of Frogposters, that being Pepe posters, and Blepe posters. The conflict reached it's height when the Blepe posters founded their own imageboard to rival TRR, that being blepe.website.

History

Early Tensions

It's unknown how long the two groups of shitposters had been enemies for, but there had always been some shitflinging here and there.

Foundation of Blepe.Website

Blepe.website was founded on 24 August 2024, By an anonymous admin who is believed to be Scar, The website was quickly given it's own theme, just like how the frog pond had a green theme, Users complained that the theme was an eyesore and the colours should be dimmed down, which they eventually were after a Blepeteen created their own stylesheet. The website became surprisingly popular for just how niche it was, Even attracting pepe posters who had never used the 'rally. The Blepes and the Pepes would bicker across both of their respective websites.

Friendship?

Throughout the entire conflict, Pepes and Blepes alike would claim to be allies, meanwhile fighting eachother, It is unknown just how much falseflagging had an effect on this conflict.

The Booru Raid

On 25 August 2024, The Blepes would launch a fierce assault on The Ribbit Rally Booru, posting mainly Blepe pictures, some even mocking the frogs, One image of a real life dead frog (although not that graphic) was posted.

Post-Raid Falseflags

After the raid, Blepe posters would make falseflag demoralisation posts on the Ribbit Rally.

Pepe Hacking

Later on that same day, A sticky would be posted on /blepe/ by "Pepe ## ADMIN", containing a smug pepe and the text "I HAVE ALL YOUR IPS NOW MOTHERFUCKERS" in an obvious attempt to emulate Captain Coal, This was probably just a troll by the admin though.

Anime Hacking

A day later, Blepe Website would be "Hacked" again, this by the weab hordes, Not much was archived but it is believed posts were deleted, possibly IPs were leaked, It is known however that at least 1 new board was created, though that has not been archived. All that has been archived was a special page created during the hacking.

Porn spam

On 27 August 2024, Blepe was spammed hard by very disgusting content. What a shame.

Collapse of the Blepes

At an unknown date not long after, Blepe.website closed it's doors permanently, and blepes were welcomed onto TRR after being potentially banned or even just frowned upon for a while.

Death of the Blepe meme

Not long after, Blepe posts would become less and less common, until the meme became dead, Solidifying the conflict as a frog victory.
