Basil is a gegbvll namefag originating from the schlog who quit to post on the shroom.
General Information[edit | edit source]
Basil was originally known for acting naive and like a little boy despite him being in his 20's. His interests include clowns, Jurassic Park (especially Jurassic World: The Game), aquariums, dinosaurs (especially the Ankylosaurus), HOI4, and Plants vs. Zombies. He has gained notoriety for revealing details about himself such as his autogynephilia, his homosexuality, and hinting that he has a fetish, although he never said which one. Many people have speculated he has a humiliation fetish due to his nature to overshare things when nobody asked and his general demeanor.[1] He has been banned a few times for things like spamming links without realizing they contain NSFW content, although his most notable ban is the incident where he asked another gegbvll Terrycrews to show her penis because it was believed that she was 16 at the time.
Pre-Terry Ban[edit | edit source]
Before the terry ban incident, basil was known especially for acting childlike to the point where he would censor every swear word and slur.
Guest Moding and Ban Evasion[edit | edit source]
He would ban evade with other users such as princessparkles and ILoveVesna on the account ShartistaniPatriot for 853 posts before being discovered. During this time, he was suspected to also used Guest Mode to criticize another user called Minuteman/Rockwell/WNT/(and a gorillion more names) for being a "massive self-loathing faggot" who "should kill himself."[2]
Post-Terry Ban[edit | edit source]
Basil would later come back when it was revealed that terry was actually 21 years old. During his time after his ban, he would reveal that he wanted to be more chuddy and use more slurs like nigger. He would also develop a new interest in "cute bugs" where he would randomly post pictures of various bugs with bows and dressed with fag emotes like 🤭, exclaiming that they were adorable.[3] Sometimes he would make clown art in his blog[4], and during the end of his lifespan on the schlog, he would often post like a disorganized schizophrenic. It is unknown why he does this.
On The Shroom[edit | edit source]
Basil, in his usual fashion was a strongly disliked user on the shroom due to his nature to flirt with other male users and getting banned for it. His name was changed to "brapsil" due to the revelation that he recorded himself farting on an instagram group chat with other schlog users, some of which were underage. Xiuhcoyotl/ecstacy would often be hostile to basil, accusing him of being a pedophile due to following a lolicon artist on Xitter. The shroom is divided on whether he should be considered guilty because of this, so far he claims to be innocent and claims that he did not know the lolicon artist drew 'p.
