kekw.party, also known as the Karty or the Kwarty, is a new Brapzilian soyjak.party splinter made in response to the Brownocaust, which diverse people hated. The language of the website is mostly Portuguese and for the time being has small PPH (like most other dead nigger splinters). It runs on rchan.

Rules (rough concise translation)

2. Os usuários estão proibidos de postar, receber ou transmitir conteúdo que seja ilegal sob as leis aplicáveis (ou seja compartilhamento de pornografia infantil e seus portais, está proibido).
