Svvt was the founder of the Shemmy. For all of soygem.party's history, he also owned the domain, although he doesn't own shemmy.tv. Svvt is portrayed as a blue guy with red glasses, he is also like keanu reeves so we must protect this man at all costs. He is the Shemmy's equivalent of Soot. He has been included in a lot of Shemmy OC, from flash animations to the quirkyslop spam threads that dominate the site's catty.
