The Swinny is a splinter of the Sharty, created before the Shemmy's death, it is somewhat active compared to others and actually focuses on posting soyjaks for the most part. Some chuds have left the Sharty over to the Swinny due to some reason, like how there was 'cado spam in /soy/.
