Huey P' Long or "The Kingfish" by detractors, was the 40th governor of Louisiana and former U.S. senator. He was known for kidnapping his political rivals of which he made various nicknames for similar to Donald Trump and helping black folk after the great floods wiped out their homes in the early 1900s.
