BBQ was a janny for Soyjak Party starting on August 8, 2025. He was heavily disliked due to being a massive Quotist and implementing a lot of Quote’s changes specifically on /pol/ and /sude/. As a result, he stepped down on March 25 of 2026.

[edit | edit source]The first action he took was on August 9, 2025 (literally one day after he came into power) was banning all real or AI-generated depictions of child abuse.🗝️[1]
August 26 Loli defense
[edit | edit source]On August 26, 2025, a user who posted loli 'p was unbanned on /pol/, causing outrage in many 'teens, and BBQ had stated in the IRC that he wished for the user to remain banned🗝️ (while other admins wanted him unbanned),[2] but stated that he also believes real-life CSAM material is much worse than 'p. Sadly adding him to the ever-growing list of Quotist Administrators who have defended drawn 'p using either the "But CSAM is le worse, therefore Loli 'p is fine!" or the "It'S FiCtIOnAl, ChUd" excuse. The user was later banned again, but many 'teens remained upset at the administration unbanning him to begin with.[3]
