It was made in 2023 and currently uses the domain https://kloak.app. The site doesn’t have moderators in the sense of Discord moderators, it has site moderators who moderate the whole site. The rules are also more enforced then Discord and pedo/disgusting Satania pedos are immediately banned from the site. It is also very easy to create an account there if you use FaceBook, BLOGSPOT, or LiVEJOURNAL.
