neutralplier.party, also known as the Narty was an actual, and former soyjak.party splinter running on Vichan, dedicated to the posting of those annoying Neutralpliers. It is most notable for "Kuz" doing a Q&A on it[1]. It was probably created around 2024.

This splinter also used to have a Soyjak Wiki page but it got deleted because Cobblestone needed to "destroy evaders work"[2].
