Coalfarmer is a notable /pol/ namefag from the south who cooks regularly. He usually cooks traditional foods from Louisiana such as boudin, gumbo, etc.

This is his cookbook for making only the gemmiest most perfect sharty saving southern foods for your family of namefags.

Rocky Road Cobson Pudding
I made this a few months ago when I burnt the brownies i was making for thanksgiving and wanted to salvage them.
- Make burnt brownies and then crush them up until they are crispy, cracked, and flaky.
- Throw them from the pan into a bowl
- pour one cup of whole or raw milk and one cup of thick creamer or condensed milk
- mix then wait 3-5 minutes for the brownies to soak in the milk and cream.
- put in 1-3 teaspoons of whipped cream and mix
- throw in a teaspoon of vanilla oil
- throw in 5 spoon fulls of chocolate ice cream
- squirt about half a bottle of chocolate syrup in
- throw in half a bag of tiny chocolate cubes or kisses
- throw in M&M's
- mix mix mixxy
- melt in microwave for 2-3 minutes
- mix mix mixxy
- pour into pan
- put a coat of sugar or molasse on the top
BBQ BiBiSi
made this with some leftover ribs i didn't want
- get some leftover ribs preferably half a rack
- shave off all the meat from the ribs
- hang the meat strips from hooks
- spray the meat strips with bourbon or whiskey preferably homemade moonshine
- let it dry
- lay the meat strips on a flat grill with no grid
- spray more on them as they lay there and make sure to get all sides
- after about 3 minutes put pack the strips into a pan and flatten them out
- pour a gallon of barbecue on them
- put the strips in a pot and stir
- put tony's seasonign and billies boudin in
- mix mixxy mix
- take out the strips and make sure they have some chopped boudin and sauce on them
- microwave for 30 seconds
