Safe edgy jokes are the fruit of a type of forced humor characteristic of the views of trannies and leftist sharty:soyboys who want to be "edgy" but fail doing so because it's designed not to offend anyone they deem sharty:wholesome, such as le heckin' PoCerinos. Most people that find safe edgy jokes funny are sharty:Reddit or Twitter users.

The term safe edgy is also used by pedophiles to refer to anything that's not 'P.

This term should not be confused with excessive edge,[nobody confuses this] which is when obnoxious children on the internet try to be excessively edgy by joking about rape and murder to an overdone extent where it is no longer funny anymore (particularly done by failtrolls).

Common tropes of safe edgy humor

  • Jokes about specific varieties of sharty:Aryans, most notably the British and French
    • Tired or unoriginal jokes, such as British people having poor dental health or bad cuisine, or French people smelling bad and being arrogant.
    • These also often involve simply saying these countries (almost always Britain or France) are le bad without any reasons like the ones listed above
  • Jokes about not showering and not bathing (coincidentally, they smell awful irl)
  • "Gross = funny" jokes, relying solely on infantile bathroom humor
  • sharty:Porn addiction jokes
    • Unfunny "humor" only 13-year-olds find funny, such as penis/vagina jokes. Hazbin Hotel and Helluva Boss are notable examples of this. Can be used for sharty:EPI.
    • sharty:Incest jokes such as the "sister stuck in a sexual position" trope, "stepmom/stepbro/stepsis" jokes, and "Sweet Home Alabama"
    • Jokes about sharty:femboys(such as thigh high jokes, or ones about "cracking" your friends)
  • "random/loud = funny" jokes, that are solely based on being le quirky
  • Jokes about sharty:cannibalism (specifically the ones about eating kids)
  • Joke about crime that all boil down to "i commit [X]"[if it panders to niggers, it's coal]
    • Kids in the basement jokes
    • Legalize nuclear bombs, bees make honey (this is a reference to a shitty underground producer's producer tag)

    • tax evasion
    • manslaughter
    • arson
    • beating up a homeless person
    • Typically accompanied by a time period, for example "I commited several war crimes in the state of sharty:Ohio from 2001 to 2007". This is often paired with mentioning some random obscure location.
    • Jokes about drunk driving or gambling
    • "Threatening" jokes, such as "there is a pipebomb in your mailbox" or "I am rapidly approaching your location"
    • Throwing rocks / honey buns at homeless people[a]
    • Jokes about killing billionaires/landlords/CEOs/ICE agents/the heckin evil chuds/random right-wing people that are only relevant on xitter (usually made by reddit commie troons)
  • Jokes about mocking people who have a job and being unemployed.
    • Jokes about being scared of, or about other people being scared of, job applications
    • Censoring the word "job" (e.g j*b) ok this one ain't that bad
  • Jokes about how hecking racist or homophobic they are, despite never saying nigger, faggot, tranny, and otherwise.
    • Saying those words but only if you're part of the group those words are targeting and then getting mad at the heckin chudcels for using those words because I can fuggen reclaim it
  • Joking about the death of sharty:Charlie Kirk, but seething whenever someone jokes about sharty:George Floyd (or literally any other death or event)
  • Using acronyms such as lmao, xd, and lol at the end of almost every sentence[It just is, ok?] (even doe this isn't edgy it's just retarded)
  • Jokes about Balkan or ex-Yugoslav countries and war crimes, such as Balkan countries being ultranationalist and having broken English. For example "SERBIA stronk you are croatian monkey" (basically making fun of ESL third-world shitholes but in this case is le good not because they're heckin' imperialist or "bigoted", literally only for being white europeans)
