Dobkun also known as Oleksiy is a 16 year old MAP Ukrainian pedo that used be active on raid, /soy/ and /'p/ . He was known for getting himself into unnecessary drama, and being falseflagged as by multiple people. He would often avatarfag as a Mii character. (>Just like my heccin nintendo games!)

Instead of blocking him like a normal person would, he decided to comply and spam the Skibidifarms link across the sharty, snitch multiple raids, and cause problems on the wiki. This would get him permanently banned on the inner soysphere.
