Catter, also known as Cat is the owner of the Shroom and wiki janitor/soybooru approver who is sometimes compared to Jimbo due to his faggot behaviour and that both like OneShot.
Originally the ownership was going to be transfered to Broot however Shroot decided to gave it to Cat instead.
