Oh My God She is So Attractive, also known as OMGSISA, is a soyjak trend and a phrase of soyspeak said by soyteens in response to an attractive woman, or used ironically towards an ugly one. OMGSISA could also mean a soyjak trend of editing soyjaks to have pepe's pupils and sometimes given big orange lips.
Origin
The origin of this soyjak trend and the phrase both originated in a /qa/ thread on 4chan, featuring tranime as the picture in the thread, where the phrase came from[1]. This made another poster to flood the 4chan catalog with the Bernd edit of OMGSISA, also soyquoting the phrase[2].
