Donald John Turtelli is a minor antagonist who appears in 3 episodes of TMNT. He is a mafia boss and father of Tony Turtelli, a gang member famous for sniffing feet as a way of torture. Despite being unimportant compared to other TMMT villains, Leebaiters have made him a cult classic character for shartoids.
