Originally created by Soytwt members somewhere in 2025. The groupchat uses the "Child Saving Activist" as its profile picture, the second one in specific, holds a heart.

It was mainly (more like, occasionally) used for reporting lolicons/pedophiles on Twitter and general raids like so.

There are two iterations of the Child Saving Activists, the second one being created somewhere in 2026.
