Dobkun (Powerword: Oleksi Khmelevsky), also known as Dob, Mr. Dob (by no one), Dobcoon or Dobgoon is a 15 year old Ukrainian codefag and an attentionwhore that used be active on /raid/ and also /soy/ before the Parlo/IRC incident. He was also a poster on the Swinny and a member of the Sverigram, where he posted and obsessed over SNCA not even worth mentioning on this very wiki. He was known for getting himself into unnecessary drama, and being doxxed and falseflagged maliciously by numerous others. He would often avatarfag as a Mii character. (>Just like my heccin nintendo games!)

Examples of his controversy is his alleged association with an alt where he larps as a zelligpedo tranny, allegedly sending shock content to others (including minor's DMs)^[Marge...], posting on the Fooey,, and having a fursona model on VRChat. In addition, he would also constantly make pro-trans revisions on random articles on the soywiki from his alts, and even openly admitted to "unironically defending trannies on the soyjak wiki". A lot of these allegations are denied by Dobkun, stating that failtrolls in the Sverigram have spread false or overexaggerated information.

Dobkun also owned a blog, but left it to rot in piss due to the failtroll bait.

Oleksiy would run for elections on the third election cycle. He planned to turn the board into a /raid2/ board as the original /raid/ was delisted at the time. Some would falseflag as him to smear Gold by accusing him of being Trebson.

Clashes with the Froot administration

On March 8th, 2025, Dobkun got (temporarily) banned soysphere-wide for revealing that he was 15 as a response to falseflaggers claiming that he was a BBC slut. Funnily enough, he could have just been a regular soyteen had he not constantly namefagged everywhere.

Parlo/IRC/Skibidifarms incident

On March 24th, a raid thread against a Roblox drama youtuber named Parlo (child groomer) was posted onto /soy/. This caused Oleksiy to leak out as under his assumptions that the thread was made because a cordtranny reverted his edit on soyjak wiki, replacing the "debunking allegations document" with the original one(which fyi was written by a cordnigger that posted 'p in a group with minors). Thinking that soyteens were manipulated by cordtroons, he decided to end the conflict prematurely. After numerous unsuccessful derailing attempts, he decided to do the last option he had (not knowing that Quote was seeing more than just his VPN's IP): falseflag as a foodist to scare off soyteens. This caused Quote to ask him over email about the incident, and Dobkun confessed. Unfortunately, what Dobkun did not know was that Quote was speculating if the foodist advertisement spam on /pol/ was tied to the flagged post coming from Oleksiy. Thus, the confession caused Dobkun to get permanently banned off the Soysphere, traumatizing him in the proccess. What a fucking retard.

Mousegram

During the beginning of the Third Great Soysurgency, Dobkun, under xis sockpuppet Nusoicacas, would concince 'teens about a "mousegram" that was responsible for spamming Terrible Mouse on /soy/.The reality is that only one nigger was spamming Terrible Mouse and not everyone in that group (see Arsen).

the swinny user's account on the soyblog

Dobkun was known to use swedishwin.com and its Telegram, the Sverigram. The posters there allegedly share memes of Junko Furuta, a 17 year old Japanese woman who was raped and killed, and memes were made by braniggers and other failtrolls. This caused Dobkun to tell them to stop, where subsequently he is called a "moralfag", and was constantly involved in overexaggerated SNCA 'cord tier fight drama since. AI videos were also made of Dobkun's Mii, mocking him overexaggeratedly for his alleged inflation fetish, fursona, and Ukrainian nationality, and some referencing or including Junko Furuta.

Dobkun, as a result of the mass failtroll spam, is no longer active on the Soysphere that much. He did make posts on sidson.city attempting to testify.

Raiding involvement on the Jassy

The Swinny is known for raiding the Jassy, a pedophilic imageboard used to post Shitlita and other lolinigger antimatter. As a namefag involved in the raid—where he tried to DDoS the Jassy (it occurred in late 2024)— a jassycuck impersonates dobkun, to which dobkun provides evidence of his real identity through various means, including showing screenshots of his (You)s, Soyjaks, PGP signatures, and even told them he had a 'cord (soibabas what is this?). However giving the jassycucks his partial IP, he was subsequently doxed. This is why it's best NOT to namefag on ANY imageboard site, nusois.

Foodist incident 2

Around May 2025, Dobkun would get spammed by liberoflove as a part of his swinny Telegram GC attack,^[Marge...] by which liber would send him cat gore and various animal abuse videos along with his city name.

On December 9, 2025, Dobkun decided to share the telegram account of his former classmate on the Sverigram, and asked people to troll his friend. Then Chaddy members who were in the chat immediately DMed Dobkun's friend and told him that Dobkun wanted him to join the Sverigram and sent Sverigram links. This caused Dobkun to leak immensely, begging to have the messages deleted, where he was only continued to be trolled.

After some time, his classmate joined the Sverigram and decided to leak videos of Dobkun dancing in 5th grade and where Dobkun went to school in, after which Dobkun gave up and decided to leak his facedox. AI videos from his facedox were also produced.

Dobkun sends scat and a Cease & Desist order

On February 8th 2026, a couple of ""ironic"" failtrolls would decide to make an edit of the UTTP officer with Dob's mii, including AI videos with failtroll messages, essentially making a Dobkun UTTP larp group. They would post these on the Sverigram to falseflag as Dobkun and to bait him.

After many said pedo jokes, Dobkun would leak up a flood and begin to spam actual scat porn and goatse,^[Marge...] after which a janny took away his perms. After this Dobkun would make a Cease & Desist order and send it to the Sverigram, telling them to stop or he would sue them. (ukrocacas...)

Dobkun (or someone falseflagging as him) would go to post the same Cease & Desist order on the Swinny, with no replies. After this someone would make a thread calling for his removal off their site entirely, even removing his templates from the Swinny Wiki. In the same thread, the failtrolls would strike again, falseflagging as "dobwaffen", saying things such as "UTTP won", "'p won", and so forth. The non-VPN IPs of the failtrolls are 2804:14c:dc85:4d2a:e89a:de5d:9ee3:52d4 (post ID 9666) and 68.149.100.39 (post ID 9674).

As AverageSoyjak?

On 2/07/2026 Dobkun would be banned on his alt AverageSoyjak, prior to this the same named account soyjak wiki would be banned for ban evasion, certain users would mourn his death, allowing him to be on SoyBlog with him becoming a janny up until 2/10/2026 when his multiple IP addresses which he used on the site were cross referenced and he would be banned and name changed to include Dobkun in it. After that, he took to his talk page to leak at coalfarmer, the owner of the SoyBlog, then tried to join the soyblog yet again under the name "Oleski" and then would within minutes get banned yet again. On 2/21/2026 dobkun (or at least presumed to be?) would email coalfarmer from his [email protected] email attaching a schizophrenic toss' made to discredit coffee addict and coalfarmer. The toss claimed coalfarmer was a hypocrite for banning and logging dobkun's VPN, also that terror byte was somehow a pedophile at 17 with no evidence, and that coffee addict was a degenerate for playing terraria. Because according to dobkun banning a known pedophile is somehow bad and liking anime immediately makes you a loli-con degnerate (you can watch tranime shit like azumuttga daioh or niggerashi without sexually fantasizing about the characters). The toss provided no evidence and was made through pure clitty leakage and dobkun's email was almost immediately blocked afterwards by coalfarmer. He also claimed that posting a meximutt brap meme makes you a fart fetishist, a sign of his retardation.

More falseflagging

The next day on 2/22/2026 dobkun a 'grampedo would begin falseflagging coalfarmer on about a dozen porn websitesMost of these flaseflags would never work or get shot down as when the email reached coalfarmer to authenticate the account he removed the email and deactivated the account.

Later on, it would be revealed the Oleski account was not him and was instead a swinny user larping as him. The swinny user was then after unbanned and warned as larping as dobkun counts as """ironic""" pedophilia.
