Crawfish, also known as Crawdads, are famous fish found in the Louisiana side of the Gulf of Mexico. They are often cooked with a delicious, creamy, sauce referred to as Tappa, and Ketchup. This food is originally a food enjoyed by coonass french settlers but many niggers and other ethnicities also enjoy it in the modern day. Niggers often mix theirs with a hennesy or brandy boil with Slap Yo Mama seasoning while most white ethnics mix theirs with vinegar or a coat of Tony’s Cajun Seasoning.

Two celtic families one of irish and the other of Scottish decent came into the restaurant and ate 8 crawfish platters, 2 Po-Boys, 6 boudin platters, and around 20 cups of cockacoala. they took up 3 booths and 2 tables.
