ToonSoy, otherwise known as TroonSoy, ToonGOD, Toon or KeKino was a namefag on SoyBooru who loves cartoons (as xis name says), it is claimed xe is probably just another satoko_houjou_fan alt Snopes Fact Check: FALSE. He created xis booru account on August 27th, 2023.
He was notable for his participation in the Italo-Argentine War and is responsible for creating the prototype version of the Mexiaryan variant in an anti-Italy comic.[1]
Xe was later permanently banned for gigaquoting the phrase "but that 'ny is surely breathtaking" on the shroom, which made jannies interpret "'ny" as meaning "cunny". Xe sometimes ban evades.
