Soyworld, is a "Towny" soycraft splinter founded by Gold on December 14th 2025. It is a Minecraft server that runs on java, but it is accessible by bedrock users too. Soyworld runs on PaperMC. The concept is based on terradivisa's scaled-down Earth map.
History
[edit | edit source]The server was announced on December 14th 2025 for a week long period testing run on /soy/. Within an hour six people joined to test the functions of the server. [1] On the first day the server was limited to a 50x50 worldborder, which Gold eventually increased to 1488x1488, and later 2000x2000 due to popular demand. Three days later CobsonTALKS would stream on the server, causing the playercount to increase to almost 30.[2][3] Around mid-December it would generally receive 10-20 players at peak hours[4][5], the server would often trump Soycraft's playercount by two times.

Workings
[edit | edit source]NuSoyworld works differently from Soycraft. For instance the server has an economy that's based on shekels, which you can use to buy things.
Commands

- /sell - Sells an item to the server
- /ah sell - Sells an item on the public auctionhouse, which any player can buy
- /ah - View the auctionhouse
- /pay - Gives money to a player
Towny
- /t create - Creates a township, needs 20k shekels.
- /t claim - Claims a piece of land attached to your township, needs 400 shekels.
Misc
- /sethome - Sets a home, you can have up to 5 homes. To have multiple you need to give them separate names.
- /homes - view homes
- /home - teleport to home
- /home <name> - teleport to specified home
- /savexp - Deposits xp to your xp bank
- /retreivexp - Retreives your xp from the bank
