As for the true origin of futanari we must look to the post-war American "Japanese" (hardly different from the amerimutt system, which it originated from.) and it's penchant for initializing the youth of post-war Japan. With the increasing popularity of Japanese media, including pornography, we see the degeneracy of a growing portion of the Japanese population seeping into the rest of the world. As for the troon connection I'm not actually convinced troons like futanari THAT much, considering that they constantly whine about gender dsyphoria, seeing a illustration of a biological woman with male genitalia would be torturous to the troon and inferior to a female with only female genitalia. That said, troons are notorious for having many other paraphilias parallel to their autogynephilia so perhaps some of them get off to the contradiction and inversion of what is set in stone. The troon term "gock" or "girl cock" could be used to support this argument. Or perhaps they see or wish to see themselves as IRL futanari and this is contradiction isn't necessarily a problem for the troon.
