Generates a Citation header and all the references listed in the document
Usage
{{reflist}}
If the article uses references with a named group (only lower-alpha is currently supported), a reflist with the corresponding characters can be made with
{{reflist|group=group_name}}
A custom header can be used with the parameter custom header
{{reflist|custom header=Header Name}}
