The Kushan Empire, also known as the Bactrian Empire, was a empire/syncretic state created in 20 AD by the last remnants of Central Asian Mongols colonized by the Macedonian Empire led by Alexander Macedon the Great known as the Yuezhi. It spread to encompass much of what is now China, Afghanistan, Nepal, Pakistan, and Decca-Gujarat.
