Telegram, also known as Telegram Messenger is a 'social platform' made in Russia but most commonly used as the name would suggest for messaging. Telegram is known for being very privacy focused and a lot less ban-happy than Discord or something, which is one of the reasons why Russians, chuds and 'p distributors love to use it so much.
On the Sharty
It is sometimes used in soysphere as an alternative to discord by some 'teens but it always ends up being just another hostile community that thinks will one day be the next big thing. If you see someone linking any telegram channels or their accounts on the 'party (unless someone is linking someone else's telegram in a raid thread to rape) it is highly advised to simply report and ignore the post if possible.
Off the Sharty
For some reason, every single nusplinter that pops up needs to have a telegram group that is 10x more active than the site itself.
