Telegram is known for being very privacy focused and a lot less ban-happy than Discord or something, which is one of the reasons why Russians, chuds and 'p distributors love to use it so much.

It is sometimes used in soysphere as an alternative to discord by some 'teens but it always ends up being just another hostile community that thinks will one day be the next big thing.
