Ninny.win, or the Ninny, was an imageboard and successor to qaculture.org founded on Dec 27, 2024 by various shemmy namefags. Its goal was to revive /qa/ or something (even doe you can tell they failed). It has a telegram groupchat only marginally more active than the site itself. There's not much to add since this site hasn't done much at all, although it did serve as the shemmy's bunker while it went down (users rioted because of namefag jannies during that era).
The site was later shut down by Coswork16 due to a combination of rumors about the co-admins, lack of activity and being demoralised.
The ninny still somewhat lives on in soygems.party/endchan /sgp/, though it is unlikely the website will ever be restored officially.
History
- the ninny telegram is created in response to coswork16, korman and mazal being kicked from the swinny chat
- the idea of a splinter is proposed
- nathaniel higson becomes an admin but backs out later
- the domain is registered
- the site is hosted on the same servers as thefrogpond
- vichan is installed
- Angeleno (as Capcoal) captain coals the website as vichan is being installed
- the site is up
- the site is shilled on the shemmy
- chinny users spam the site with illegal material
- the site becomes an official shemmy bunker
- the shemmy goes down
- shemmy users take refuge
- quote bots it
- one particularly annoyed user riots and spams the site because of namefag jannies
- the site continues on
- at some point "streety" is made moderator (even though this was a thing prior to the riot)
- coswork keeps demoting streety while korman keeps reinstating the mod account
- what happens afterwards is unclear but the mods all drift away from each other
- 'p spam unfortunately is still ongoing
- and finally coswork16 pulls the plug, deleting the domain
- coswork wants to leave the telegram group, but doesn't want it to die
- coswork16 holds an election for who will own the gram
- svvt wins
- coswork still has admin privileges
- eventually coswork just kicks everyone out and makes the chat private
