Telegram, also known as Telegram Messenger is a 'social platform' made in Russia but most commonly used as the name would suggest for messaging. Telegram is known for being very privacy focused and a lot less ban-happy than Discord or something, which is one of the reasons why Russians, chuds and 'p distributors love to use it so much.

If you see someone linking any telegram channels or their accounts on the 'party (unless someone is linking someone else's telegram in a raid thread to rape) it is highly advised to simply report and ignore the post if possible.
