Used for topics that have an association with the Soyjak splinter site swedishwin.com.
It should NOT be used for topics related to Sweden (i.e. actual Swedish WINS or FAILS) but have no connection to the splinter. Use {{Swedishwin}} if the topic there is gemmy. Quotists usually consider users of the Swinny as Swedish fails because barely anyone in the Swinny is actually Swedish.[They just are not Swedish, okay?]
