An obscure -tan of the Shartys /qa/ board made by Liam. It never really took off as it was mostly a concept character and wasn't shilled. /qa/tan isn't her official name as she was never given a name. Not to be confused with 4chans /qa/tan.
The first /qa/tan was a trace of Soytan.
