The reason for the dox is mixed, some Soyteens wanted to dox her because of "muh coal" while others did it in concern for child safety due to her drawing porn and being around questionable people including a Jassycuck. It's unclear how old Aqua Chan is but by the alleged photos it's determined she's a child.
