	It has come to my attention that the rules are now specified that no illegal content considered in the U.S {{Redtext\|OR THE NETHERLANDS}}. Not sure but is chuddy stuff allowed there since it's in the EU or whatever? Does much change at all? considering this clarification was made, I assume there was a need for that.
