"That grim time of kakso" is a weird way to phrase it, especially in an important announcement. As you will read more of later, his English is shit and he's most definitely an ESL. He doesn't grasp the deeper nuances of the English language, and so will often use corny phrases such as "Pick your poison", not understanding the complex and illogical connotations people have for their languages, which is very common and excusable among learners. His grammar is also poor, possibly suggesting sleep deprivation and implying it was nighttime for him as he wrote the announcements.

For those wondering, "Вперёд к победе" means "Forward to victory" and was a Red Army slogan in WW2 and beyond.

His threat to revive the NSS is a thinly-veiled way of saying "If you don't do this I will DDoS and spam your site with CP". Saying "I will do anything and everything" seems to reinforce this. In this announcement particularly he gives off China's Final Warning vibes, but it remains to be seem if it's actually gonna be a bluff.

But with an authority figure's assertion of him NEVER returning and his complete inactivity even when contacted by his successor, I can't help but think he was subtly urging kuzzyboils to see him as a traitor. This makes sense because the less praise Nukuz gets, the easier it would be for Neutraleyes to become more popular than him. And I don't really have much of a problem with this, because Nukuz really is a traitor who never bothered to put in the least amount of effort to transfer the site to someone. We don't know about the relationship between Nukuz and Neutraleyes while the former was still active, but, despite what I said in the previous paragraph, the latter seems to feel reminiscent and to want him back (implying his opinion is complex with both negative and positive feelings). Neutraleyes's comment on losing access to a password manager feels like copium or something because he might not believe his predecessor was capable of just fucking off abruptly like that.

When he mentions "mispelling" the picrel, he's referring to the image he attached to it, which was Nukuz smiling and his thumbs up, a love heart behind him, and the text "WE MUSS YOU".<blockquote>W.T. The whole staff team has been let go. That includes KickTURKEYfromNATO. He was a troublemaker and degen, whom I never got along with. He sent me fetish art of giantesses and asked me to trade. We all remember the email from kuz to nukuz. If you don't, I have attached it picrel. This email was truly momentous; it established "kuz" as a title, something that will be passed on through the years. Kuz is a legend, will certainly always be a legend, and will be remembered for years to come. He just achieved what people never did. He is the most famous person in the soysphere by far. Yuri Mikhailovich Kuznetsov, whether you like it or not, dwarfs people like Quote. And we, the kuzzyboils, are the stewards of his legacy. I will always remember yuri kuznetsov till the day I die, and im sure you will too. 

Let's cut to the point 

The position of "kuz", as defined in the email, is currently vacant. There is as i have mentioned before no reason to expect nukuz will return; and consequently the chair is vacant. '''I will not selfishly, greedily seize the position for myself''', but it must be democratically elected. I feel like we, kuzzyboils, should hold a KHANclave to decide who shall take the position of kuz. And so plans are under way for just that; stay tuned 

As for the removal of a kuz, it can be decided in two ways: one, the kuz announces resignment. The other way is if he disappears, doesn't do any activity for a significant period of time. this is the online world's equivalent of death, so therefore it removes you as kuz, so another person can assume it
