After the temporary shutdown of [[shemmy.tv]], on March 8 Kikemin announced he would be bringing the site back. A Telegram channel for updates was made 4 days later with the first message being made on March 16, stating that {{quote|>Chud.win will be online soon, we're currently waiting for our host to approve our server, which shouldn't take too long. No more than a few days.}}

Despite claiming to return within a few days, it would not return, at all, and on March 20th, 4 days later, a message would be sent, reading:

Again, a month would go by, with no updates on the Telegram or website, until April 18th, when a post referencing a tweet 4chan posted days after the site was hacked, read:

On August 7th, 2025, the first sign of life from chud.win was made in the Telegram channel, when a message was sent reading

{{Quote|>Something big is coming.}}

As of now, visiting chud.win will result in a black screen, with the title reading "the storm".
